Our greatest investment is in ourselves and each other.  I aim to practice hypnotherapy with humility as I witness people discover and develop their relationship with themselves.

Hypnotherapy acknowledges the interconnectedness between us and our environment. We constantly interpret life experiences on two different levels.  We have conscious, reflective, and deliberate processing, along with subconscious, automatic, emotion-driven processing. Our subconscious processing is responsible for our safety; emotionally, physically, and mentally. Since safety is necessary for survival, most behaviour is motivated at the subconscious level.

Through the trance state of hypnosis, we access and investigate our subconscious.  Hypnosis allows us to uncover the ‘whys’ of our behaviour. Through hypnosis, we revise and transform those ‘whys’ to better align our behaviour with our current values, goals, and dreams.
