My approach to chiropractic care combines evidence-based techniques with patients’ lived experiences. I am committed to providing gentle, affirming, and patient-centered care for individuals seeking lasting improvement in their health and daily function. Using a whole-body approach to assessment, I focus on understanding the full picture of each patient’s condition. Each initial appointment involves a thorough intake process, comprehensive physical exam, neurological & orthopedic testing, a full report of findings, and targeted treatment.
Treatment sessions emphasize soft tissue manipulation and gentle, manual joint mobilizations. I often utilize cupping therapy and/or myofascial instruments to promote circulation and tissue repair. I like to offer appointments longer in duration to ensure a thorough and personalized experience.
Whether I am helping someone return to activities they love, manage a long-standing condition, or build confidence in their movement, I am dedicated to creating a safe, empowering environment where patients feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. If you have any questions about my approach, I would love to hear from you!
