I believe that everyone deserves to move, live, and feel their best! With a gentle, person-focused approach, I help people of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds get back to doing the things they love.
By listening to your goals and collaborating with you, we create a customized treatment plan that fits your lifestyle. Whether you are recovering from an injury, experiencing chronic pain, or simply want to improve your mobility, my goal is to create an inclusive, safe and supportive environment to help you feel your best.

My approach to chiropractic care combines evidence-based techniques with patients’ lived experiences. I am committed to providing gentle, affirming, and patient-centered care for individuals seeking lasting improvement in their health and daily function. With a strong focus on understanding the full picture of each patient’s experience, I begin every course of care with a thorough history, assessment and comprehensive physical exam, ensuring that treatment plans are thoughtfully tailored to each person’s unique goals.
Drawing from extensive training in multiple therapeutic modalities—including chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue techniques, myofascial release, and active rehabilitation—my goal is to create customized treatment plans designed to improve movement, reduce discomfort, and promote long-term function.
I have a particular passion for working with individuals living with persistent pain and complex health conditions, offering a supportive and collaborative approach to care. I prioritize open communication and shared decision-making, partnering with patients (and when appropriate, other healthcare providers) to ensure that every aspect of care aligns with patient values, comfort, and goals.
Whether helping someone return to activities they love, manage a long-standing condition, or build confidence in their movement, I am dedicated to creating a safe, empowering environment where patients feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for.
